On November 28, 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a final rule that announces policy changes under the Home Health (HH) Prospective Payment System (PPS), consistent with the legal requirements to update Medicare payment policies for home health agencies (HHAs) annually. The final rule includes finalization to payment, changes to the Quality Reporting Program and Value Based Purchasing, and more.
