Sales Representative

HealthCare Strategies (HCS) is seeking Sales Reps to join our team!

Part time and full time positions are available. These positions are a high commission, low base salary structure. There is high earning potential based on the commission structure.

Candidates are not required to reside in Chattanooga. We are filling positions in various geographic areas and regions across the country. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and contact potential clients

  • Present and sell company services to new potential clients

  • Reach agreed upon sales targets and deadlines

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Basic knowledge of the Home Health and Hospice industry a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms

  • Have a good understanding of the sales cycle of a service centric company

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Excellent customer services skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Results driven

Coding & OASIS Specialist

If you are looking to join an experienced team that is customer service centric, is as dedicated to our team as we are to our clients and partners, look no more. The HealthCare Strategies (HCS) Coding and OASIS department is expanding in beautiful Chattanooga, TN. We are currently looking for an in-office Coding and OASIS Specialist. The position will have day to day interaction with other HCS coders, the HCS Coding Coordinators, and HCS clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating, possess exceptional customer service skills (both internal and external) and critical thinking skills.

Requirements and details:

  • Valid nursing license required. RN or LPN

  • Active ICD-10 and OASIS certifications 

  • Experience with Home Health and Hospice. Direct care a plus but not required

  • Good analytics skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Working knowledge and experience with Excel

  • Task oriented and goal driven

  • Flexible and adaptable 

  • Willing to assist with Coding and OASIS review overflow

  • Knowledge and experience with how home health and hospice coding impacts billing, a plus
