Industry News: OASIS State Access Changes

CMS is having the states change how they allow agencies to log in and submit OASIS export files and access their Casper reports. The state had an initial user login with a password on the AT&T Global Dialer that changed on a regular basis and then once the user is on the state Intranet there was another agency-specific, assigned-by-the-state, user name and password. This second user name and password never changed and was assigned to the agency so anyone at the agency could use it.
CMS has decided this is not secure enough and now they are registering individual users for the second tier user name and password as well. They are rolling this out to the states on a schedule which I have attached.
They are only allowing two individual users to register per agency. Once you register online on the state Intranet you can then login and export your file immediately but the system has to setup the individual user account overnight before it will allow access to your Final Validation reports. To print your Final Validation reports you will have to wait and log back on the day after you register as an individual user.
